The LeakRadar service (“the Service”) is operated by:
The Service is governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
LeakRadar provides data-breach monitoring and protection services. Users may identify if their credentials have been compromised in publicly known data breaches. We do not purchase leaked data, enrich it or add leaks that are not publicly available without authentication or payment. All leaked data handled by the Service originates from publicly accessible sources and is never used for marketing or any purpose other than security and breach protection. No banking or medical data is stored. All sensitive data is hashed or encrypted and never retained in plain text.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authorization, consent, or other lawful basis to search for and review credentials belonging to third parties. You agree not to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Misuse may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. You agree to indemnify and hold LeakRadar harmless from any claims arising out of your unauthorized or illegal use of the Service.
Certain sensitive domains (e.g. .gouv
, .edu
) require manual verification and justified legal grounds before access is granted. Only qualified, verified users may access such data. The Service is not available to users in countries or regions subject to EU, UN, or OFAC sanctions, nor in Russia, Iran, or North Korea. Access attempts from these locations will be blocked.
LeakRadar offers subscription plans payable via Stripe or NOWPayments. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are provided. Given the immediate nature of data access, any legal withdrawal rights may be limited once you have accessed the Service. You agree that no refunds will be issued for partly used subscription periods.
Accounts inactive for one year will be deleted, except for invoices retained as legally required. Users may delete their accounts at any time via their profile and can request removal of their leaked data via the tool on the search page. We comply with GDPR and French data-protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All sensitive information is encrypted or hashed; no sensitive data is stored in plain text. The Service does not use cookies or other tracking technologies, and we do not advertise on suspicious forums or platforms potentially used by cybercriminals.
LeakRadar cooperates with French and international authorities as required by law. Unauthorized or illicit use of the platform may be reported without prior notice.
All content and data provided are protected by intellectual-property laws. While we endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee completeness or ongoing availability. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the information provided.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. LeakRadar, its owner, and its suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by French law, and French courts have exclusive jurisdiction. For concerns or complaints, email [email protected]. Data-protection complaints may also be addressed to the CNIL.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
LeakRadar may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
These Terms are provided in English for convenience. In case of discrepancy with a French version, the French version prevails.
